Housekeeping Associate

• Cleaning: Perform general cleaning tasks like dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and making beds
• Customer service: Respond to guest requests, and assist guests when needed
• Safety and sanitation: Follow safety and sanitation policies, and adhere to health and safety regulations
• Inventory: Maintain an inventory of supplies, and order more when needed
• Training: Train new staff members, and ensure they understand and follow procedures
• Equipment maintenance: Ensure laundry equipment is functioning properly, and coordinate with maintenance
• Stock replenishment: Replenish supplies like cleaning products, linens, and guest supplies
• Lost and found: Turn in any lost or found items to the proper authorities
• Turndown service: Provide turndown service and second service in the evening
• Additional duties: Assist other departments when needed, and perform other duties as assigned
