The Instructional Designer will be responsible for creating instructional materials, developing training programs, and designing e-learning courses. Daily tasks will include analyzing learning needs, creating engaging content, and collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure effective learning solutions. The role also involves evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary improvements. Qualifications Experience in instructional design and e-learning development Skills in creating instructional materials and developing training programs Ability to analyze learning needs and create engaging content Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong collaboration skills to work with subject matter experts Experience in evaluating training program effectiveness Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
