Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook dishes across various cuisines such as South Indian, North Indian, Chinese, Continental, Gujarati, Bengali, Arabic, Thai, Goan, Mediterranean, and more Follow recipes and presentation standards consistently Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen Ensure timely preparation of meals and coordinate with kitchen staff Manage kitchen inventory and ingredients Adhere to portion control and minimize wastage Assist in meal planning and suggest new menu items if required
