Product Listing Management: Create, upload, and optimize product listings on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.). Inventory & Order Management: Monitor stock, coordinate with warehouse/logistics, and ensure timely order fulfillment. Content Optimization: Write engaging product descriptions, titles, and keywords to improve search rankings and conversions. Campaign Management: Run and monitor ads on marketplaces to boost sales. Performance Tracking: Generate sales reports, track KPIs, and suggest improvements. Customer Service: Handle marketplace queries, feedback, and coordinate for returns or replacements. Competition Analysis: Monitor competitor listings, pricing, and trends to maintain an edge. Requirements: Proven experience in managing online marketplace accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.). Strong understanding of product listing optimization & keyword research. Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub. Basic Excel skills for reporting and analysis. Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently. Preferred Skills: Experience with e-commerce ad campaigns (Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads). Graphic editing skills for listing images (Photoshop/Canva). Familiarity with FBA, EasyShip, and other fulfillment methods. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
