Key responsibilities Staff and leadership *Recruit, hire, train, and schedule store employees. *Manage staff performance, conduct appraisals, and provide coaching to motivate the team. *Resolve customer and staff complaints and grievances. Sales and finance *Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales, increase customer traffic, and improve profitability. *Set and achieve sales targets and monitor performance against them. *Manage the store budget, control expenses, and oversee financial records. Operations and compliance *Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures and cash management. *Ensure the store's appearance, visual merchandising, and brand standards are maintained. *Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering new items and coordinating with vendors.
