Job Title: Marketing Specialist Overview: We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to drive the marketing strategies for eBranch.ai and House of Companies (HoC). This role will focus on creating and executing campaigns that increase brand awareness, enhance customer engagement, and drive conversions across various channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, AI-driven tools, and market entry strategies for global entrepreneurs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Marketing Strategy and Planning Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to eBranch.ai and HoC’s goals and target markets. Identify key audience segments and create campaigns to engage entrepreneurs, startups, and SMEs. Collaborate with leadership to align marketing plans with overall business objectives. 2. Campaign Management Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, SEO, paid ads, webinars, etc.). Manage outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms to generate leads. Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI. 3. Content Creation and Management Create high-quality, SEO-friendly content for blogs, landing pages, newsletters, and social media. Develop compelling lead magnets (e.g., guides, templates, case studies) to attract and nurture potential clients. Work with tools like Chatsonic, Writesonic, and Neuronwriter to generate and refine AI-assisted content. 4. Digital Marketing and Automation Optimize websites for SEO and user experience, ensuring alignment with marketing goals. Manage Google Ads and other PPC campaigns, monitoring performance and optimizing for conversions. Use marketing automation tools to streamline lead nurturing workflows and improve campaign efficiency. 5. Social Media and Community Engagement Develop and maintain a strong presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms. Create engaging social media content and manage campaigns to increase followers and engagement. Foster community engagement by responding to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely manner. 6. Analytics and Reporting Track key performance metrics (traffic, conversions, leads, and engagement) using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot. Provide regular reports with actionable insights to improve marketing strategies. Use data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. 7. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels. Collaborate with freelancers and partners to execute campaigns efficiently. Work with AI tools and external agencies to explore innovative marketing solutions. Skills and Qualifications: Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a similar role. Technical Skills Proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms. Knowledge of AI-driven tools like Writesonic, Chatsonic, and marketing automation software. Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms for website management. 4. Creative and Analytical Abilities Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on storytelling and audience engagement. Ability to interpret data and apply insights to optimize campaigns. Creative mindset to develop innovative marketing solutions. Other Skills Excellent project management and organizational skills.
