House Designer

You are looking for a creative and strategic House Designer to join your team. As a House Designer, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing residential spaces that are customized to meet the preferences, needs, and budget of your clients. Your main responsibilities will include collaborating with clients to understand their vision, lifestyle, and requirements for their homes. You will develop detailed house plans, which include Architectural floor layouts, elevations, and 3D renderings. Additionally, you will select and recommend interior and exterior design elements such as color schemes, materials, finishes, and furnishings. It is essential for you to have knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws. You will be expected to present design concepts and revisions to clients for approval. Keeping yourself updated on industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices is crucial for this role. Other related tasks may include Costing and Estimation. To excel in this position, you should have proficiency in CAD software, 3DS Max, SketchUp, or similar tools. Attention to detail is a key attribute, as you must be able to produce high-quality, error-free work consistently.
