The Role Hotwire Global is seeking an Insight Analyst to play a key role in contributing to and developing the fastest-growing area of our global business. As part of our data and analytics practice, the insight analyst will execute media and audience analytics projects to support the global team deliver actionable insights and demonstrate the impact of our client work. What you will do · Use Agility, Brandwatch and other tools for media and social audits, monitoring and analyzing results on a regular cadence (daily/monthly/quarterly) with minimal supervision · Think strategically and have the ability to tell a story with data Show high levels of attention to detail and accuracy in outputs · Use your time wisely to address need promptly and manage expectations effectively Partner with a variety of global stakeholders within the agency, primarily within Europe and the US, to deliver comprehensive media insights solutions, which enable us to push our clients to think differently and deliver strong results Your Experience and Qualifications 3-4 years’ experience in digital and media measurement and analytics. Agency experience preferred Experience working with Boolean searches and operators to extract high quality, and accurate media data Experience working with global teams · Experience with tools including Meltwater, Brandwatch, Cision, Google Analytics, Agility and others Time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple deliverables and timelines at once Must be able to quickly learn new tools and databases Skilled data storyteller, able to make the complex simple to understand and provide actionable insights Track record of working across multiple projects and successfully promoting the impact and value of measurement and analytics

In this role, you’ll help uncover actionable insights that drive business value and support strategic decision-making for our growing client base. The Role We are seeking a skilled and proactive Cloud Systems Engineer to join our IT team. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure with a strong focus on Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 services. You will play a key role in ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient cloud operations across the enterprise. As a part of our global IT team, you will be expected to deliver a high level of IT service and support to ensure that the technology of Hotwire and ROI-DNA runs smoothly and efficiently. The Cloud Systems Engineer role is a unique role in the IT Department that is primarily project-focused but also serves as a level 3 escalation point for Help Desk tickets. You will work to respond to and manage support incidents that are logged in our Service Desk system. You will be expected to carefully and effectively manage your time and presence as you will be reporting to an offsite manager. Hotwire’s IT infrastructure is 100% cloud-based. You will need to be a pro at and equally capable on both Macintosh and Windows. Key Responsibilities Design, deploy, and manage cloud-based infrastructure using Microsoft Entra ID . Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune. Implement and manage identity and access management (IAM) policies using Entra ID, including Conditional Access, MFA, and role-based access control (RBAC). Automate provisioning and configuration tasks using PowerShell Monitor system performance, availability, and security using tools like Microsoft Sentinel , Log Analytics , and Defender for Cloud . Manage our Egnyte Storage platform Collaborate with internal teams to enforce data protection and governance policies. Support incident response and root cause analysis for cloud-related issues. Create and maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge base articles for internal IT teams. Configure SAAS environment for SSO Automate computer provisioning through technologies such as Windows Autopilot, Apple Business Manager, and InTune. Manage cloud-based infrastructure services such as AWS, Sophos Anti-Virus, Mimecast, and Bitwarden. Work hours - UK timezone Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in cloud systems engineering or IT infrastructure roles. Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID , Azure , Microsoft 365, Egnyte, and AWS administration. Proficiency in scripting and automation ( PowerShell , Azure CLI). Solid understanding of networking, DNS, VPNs, and firewalls in cloud environments. Expertise with Intune , Autopilot , and Endpoint Manager for device management. Experience with RBAC , Conditional Access , and Privileged Identity Management (PIM) . Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. Additional Responsibilities Provide emergency or pre-planned out of hours support when required Perform ad hoc IT related duties as assigned by your manager Liaise with suppliers enabling access to IT supplies as and when required Research and recommend new technologies, equipment and services to purchase, fully documenting the systems that we put into place Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures and documentation Qualifications and Skills Great English communication, writing, interpersonal, and organizational skills The ability to be accurate and work to deadlines even under pressure, while working co-operatively with others in a team, handling information in confidence and with discretion in a fast-paced environment An ability to learn quickly and work without close supervision when necessary Effective prioritization skills Strong organizational skills, time management and keen attention to detail Solid understanding of networking principles including DNS & DHCP and ability to support WiFi and Ethernet connectivity Experience with MDM deployment Office 365 administration, including 2FA, email and Teams Certifications Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300) Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900)
