Timely completion of maintenance-related works. Installation and maintenance of all equipment. Coordinate with the equipment suppliers for AMC and any outstanding issues. Maintain, monitor, and test hotel & emergency and security systems Knowledge of features like Fire extinguishers, CCTV, etc Coordinate with all other departments for the smooth operation of the organization Coordinate interdepartmental communications Responsible for entire guest needs and complaints regarding maintenance Update and follow up the SOP practices in all the maintenance departments. Report day-to-day activities to Management through the mail.
