Hotel & Transportation Booking Executive (Corporate Travel)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Hotel & Transportation Booking Executive to manage end-to-end travel arrangements for our corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle hotel reservations for corporate clients using online booking portals (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Booking.com, etc.).
• Coordinate with local hotel vendors for corporate rates, availability, and customized services.
• Maintain a database of preferred hotels and negotiated rates.
• Monitor changes, cancellations, and refunds as per client requests and hotel policies.
• Arrange local and outstation ground transportation (cars, coaches, shuttles) through verified vendors or online platforms.
• Ensure timely pickups/drop-offs and track service quality.
• Negotiate competitive rates with transportation vendors.
• Maintain an updated list of reliable transportation partners.
• Maintain accurate records of all bookings, payments, and client preferences.
• Assist with invoice reconciliation and ensure timely vendor payments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in corporate travel operations or similar role (minimum 1–3 years preferred).
• Knowledge of online travel portals and booking systems.
• Familiarity with local hotel and transport vendor networks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,266.88 - ₹36,380.59 per month
