Job Title: Housekeeping Staff Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented housekeeping staff to join our team and help maintain cleanliness and organization in our facility. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standard of cleanliness and hygiene. Key Responsibilities: - Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. - Change bed linens, towels, and other guest room supplies regularly. - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to the supervisor. - Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries regarding housekeeping services. - Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained and used safely and effectively. - Follow hygiene and safety protocols to create a safe environment for guests and staff. - Assist in the organization of storage areas and ensure proper disposal of waste. Qualifications: - Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus but not mandatory. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. - A friendly and positive attitude towards guests and colleagues. - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
