Hotel Pre-Opening Team

As a Hotel Pre-Opening Team member, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the successful launch of the hotel in Patiala district. Your main duties will include coordinating reservations, delivering exceptional customer service, handling receptionist responsibilities, and overseeing food and beverage service operations. Additionally, you will play a key role in preparing the hotel for its grand opening by ensuring that all systems and processes are in place and functioning effectively. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, have experience in reservations and customer service, be proficient in receptionist duties, understand food and beverage service operations, demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities, and be able to work effectively as part of a team. Prior experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Further education in hospitality management will be considered a plus.,
