Job Title: General Manager Location: HOTEL NEO , NIWARU ROAD, JHOTWARA , JAIPUR Job Type: Full-Time About Us: HOTEL NEO is a charming hotel featuring 22 guest rooms, a spacious banquet hall, and a delightful restaurant. We pride ourselves on providing an exceptional experience for our guests, and we are looking for a dedicated and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations and ensure the highest standards of service. Job Summary: The General Manager will be responsible for the overall management and performance of the hotel, including the banquet hall and restaurant. This role requires a hands-on leader who can efficiently manage staff, maintain property standards, control expenses, and ensure guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be available 24/7 and will lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to providing excellent service and addressing issues as they arise. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk management, housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage services, and banquet events. - Lead, train, and manage a team of staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring adherence to service standards. - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction. - Monitor and manage expenses, budgets, and financial performance, ensuring profitability while maintaining quality service. - Schedule and oversee events in the banquet hall, ensuring everything runs smoothly and meets client expectations. - Maintain property standards by conducting regular inspections and addressing any maintenance or cleanliness issues immediately. - Serve as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution. - Available on-site during operational hours, including evenings and weekends, to address any issues and ensure guest satisfaction. - Collaborate with marketing to promote the hotel and restaurant, driving occupancy and enhancing brand presence. - Create and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and local businesses to support hotel operations. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. - Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and managing expenses. - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required. - A hands-on approach with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction and quality service. Work Environment: This position requires the GM to be present on the property for extended hours, especially during events and peak times. The General Manager will be responsible for addressing any issues related to the property and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for both guests and staff.
