Job Description

You will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public areas, supervising and training staff, managing inventory and supplies, inspecting guest rooms, handling guest complaints, and maintaining safety and sanitation protocols. Your key duties will include assigning tasks, conducting quality checks, scheduling, managing budgets, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a positive guest experience. - Ensure cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public areas - Supervise and train housekeeping staff - Manage inventory and supplies - Inspect guest rooms for cleanliness and maintenance issues - Handle guest complaints in a professional manner - Maintain safety and sanitation protocols Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role - Strong attention to detail - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment This is a full-time, permanent position with food provided as a benefit.
