Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness, orderliness, and appearance of our hotel. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, able to manage a team effectively, and ensure high standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas. Train, manage, and schedule housekeeping staff. Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are met. Coordinate with the front office and maintenance departments for smooth operations. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and linen; prepare requisitions as necessary. Handle guest complaints or special requests related to housekeeping efficiently and courteously. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Maintain records related to staff performance, room cleaning schedules, and inspections. Requirements: Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a hotel or resort environment (minimum 2 years). Strong leadership and communication skills. Good understanding of cleaning procedures, equipment, and health regulations. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks. Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or local languages preferred. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
