Job Responsibilities: Set up and operate extrusion press machines. Select and install dies, mandrels, and other tooling according to job specifications. Adjust machine settings such as pressure, temperature, and speed. Monitor the extrusion process to ensure consistent quality and output. Inspect extruded materials for surface and dimensional defects using gauges and measuring instruments. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment. Record production data, including quantities, measurements, and material usage.
