About the job: We are looking for a dynamic candidate with experience in Hotel Reservations / Front Office. Key Responsibilities: 1. Handle Inbound/Outbound client calls / message inquiries on IVR / OTA's, and convert inquiries into bookings to meet and exceed revenue targets 2. Successfully create business from existing customer accounts by sending them new offer updates, packages and more 3. Maintain Central Reservation System, create reservations, maintain customer records, and update advance payments / balance receivable, etc 4. Responsible for OTA marketing / promotion plans 5. Identifies new revenue generation opportunities to achieve personal and property revenue goals 6. Understands the overall market, including competitors' strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand etc. and knows how to sell against them. 7. Actively participate on social media travel related groups for generating more leads and reach out to prospective customers 8. Schedule client visits for prospective clients and coordinate site visits 9. Maintain and update inquiry records, sales records for online and offline sales 10. Prepare daily check in / check out schedule for respective check ins / check outs and share with Operations team for site preparation 11. Collect and maintain customer information database, contact details 12. Keep track of balance payments receivable, extra charges, additional services rendered and ensure collection and update at check in / check out 13. Track the number of monthly inquiries through offline and online channels for sales analysis 14. Prepare and maintain daily and weekly reports for leads and conversions 15. Prepare a review follow up sheet and follow up for reviews from guests 16. Conduct market research, competition mapping, and keep updating the Management on new offerings by competitors 17. Help in research and development of new online and offline sales channels / partners Office location: Daily reporting would be at our office at Spaze I-tech park, Sohna Road, Gurgaon Working Hours & Days: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 6 days a week. Since we are a hospitality company, weekly off's are not on weekends. The candidate will be given the option to choose a weekly off between Monday - Thursday at the time of appointment.
