Job Type: Full-time | Location: Doha, Qatar We are seeking an outgoing, friendly, and professional Hostess cum Waitress to join our team at a prestigious fine-dining restaurant in Doha, Qatar. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for greeting and seating guests as well as providing exceptional service throughout their dining experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with guests and is passionate about providing outstanding customer service in a high-end dining environment. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude as they arrive at the restaurant. Escort guests to their tables , ensuring they are seated comfortably and promptly. Manage reservations and waitlists , ensuring that guests are seated according to their booking preferences. Assist guests with menu recommendations and answer questions regarding the menu, specials, and restaurant offerings. Serve food and drinks to guests with professionalism and attention to detail, ensuring the highest standards of service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including menus, seating arrangements, and the entrance. Requirements: Previous experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., hostess, waitress, or front-of-house) in a fine-dining restaurant is highly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy, fast-paced environment Ability to work as part of a team , collaborating with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service. Attention to detail in providing excellent service, from greeting guests to taking orders and serving food. A positive and professional attitude , with a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
