Collaboration with designers, decorators, architects, and constructors will also be part of your role. Staying updated with industry changes and best practices is essential. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in decorating interior spaces, including consultations, renovations, space planning, and new constructions. Expertise in layout, color, lighting, material selection, custom furniture, and installations is required. Proficiency in design programs such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, and Illustrator is preferred. A strong portfolio of previous works, creative talent, and excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary. Project management skills and a degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or similar field are also desired. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work remotely. Need to ensure that these systems meet project requirements, codes, and standards. MEP engineer needs to work with architects, structural engineers, electrical engineers, and contractors to ensure that systems are designed, installed, and maintained correctly. MEP engineer need to manage multiple projects, ensuring minimal problems from design to delivery. Also oversee the work of the project management team and ensure adherence to the project schedule. Should have an understanding of preparing cost estimates for electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems. Should also have experience in handling all MEP systems on site.
