The Senior Manager - Architect will lead the planning, design, and execution of hospital expansion projects, ensuring architectural excellence, MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire) coordination, and regulatory compliance. This role will focus on standardization, process improvement, and optimizing Key Responsibility Statement Standardization & Design Efficiency o Development and implementation of standardized layouts for hospital spaces (OTs, ICUs, OPDs, etc.). o Completion of space programs for different hospital capacities (200-1000 beds). o Adherence to JCI, NABH, NABL and internal healthcare design standards. MEPF Coordination & Interdisciplinary Integration o Seamless integration of MEPF with architectural designs. o Efficiency of the consultancy/interdisciplinary matrix execution. o Adoption of energy-efficient & sustainable building practices.
