Job Description

Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications accurately to patients. Review prescriptions for errors, interactions, and ensure appropriate dosage. Maintain accurate records of all medications issued and received. Manage pharmaceutical inventory, including ordering, storage, and disposal of expired drugs. Counsel patients on proper medication use, side effects, and storage. Work with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication therapy. Comply with hospital protocols and legal regulations related to pharmacy operations. Assist in the formulation of drug use policies and drug safety measures. Monitor the availability of emergency and critical medications. Participate in clinical rounds and contribute to patient treatment decisions when required. Supervise pharmacy assistants or junior staff, if applicable. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Morning shift Work Location: In person
