We are looking for Manager Purchase/Procurement who will be responsible for complete procurement profile for hospital chain. Ø Development of organizational procurement strategy. Vendor Management - Managing Current Vendors and adding New Vendors to organisation portfolio for smooth supply and chain management. Ø Procurement of Stents and Hardware, Pharmacy items, General Stationary, Housekeeping Material, Hospital Linen, Surgical & disposable Items with a strict Quality control. Day to Day coordination with Hospital units for supply chain. Ø Identification and realization of cost-saving and cost-reduction opportunities. Ø Selection and management of procurement systems. Ø Purchase orders Authorization & purchase returns. Ø Managing the skills and competency development of procurement staff, including training development and knowledge management capabilities. Ø Leadership of cross-functional teaming across other business functions and initiatives. Ø Budget management for categories under management – and for procurement itself. Ø Indent & PO Indent generation for all Departments. Ø GRN Registers review and follow-ups. Ø Pending PO review and updating, instruction to Purchase department. Responsible for upkeep of Equipment’s and General assets in the hospital. Your qualifications should include: - Total work experience of 4 years, with preferred experience of 5 years in a hospital setting, 3 years in a pharmacy, and 4 years in purchasing.
