We’re looking for a thoughtful, proactive Content & Communications Specialist to join our corporate communications team. What you’ll do: Drive Creative Ideation & Strategic Content Planning: Contribute to creative communication ideas and strategically plan content across platforms, campaigns, and formats to ensure consistency, relevance, and impact. Write and Edit Long-form Content: Craft insightful blogs that cover market trends, business segments, and leadership perspectives. Collaborate with our SEO and digital teams to align with branded and non-branded keyword strategies. Review & Refine SEO Micro-content: Edit short-form blogs and ensure keyword alignment, language clarity, and quick turnaround. Collaborate with Agencies: Review articles from content partners to ensure they reflect our tone, depth, and relevance. Plan and Create for Social Media: Own the content calendar for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Draft sharp, relevant posts that reflect our voice. Support with YouTube descriptions and campaign assets as needed. Support Branding & Corporate Communication: Draft video scripts, award entries, event collaterals, and internal or customer-facing content—end-to-end. Coordinate Media Opportunities: Identify and pitch to relevant trade publications. Draft opinion pieces and provide editorial support to leadership for interviews and panel discussions. Press Releases & Announcements: Edit and review press releases in sync with the digital team to support our organic reach and brand visibility. Ad-hoc Content Projects: Provide on-demand content support for leadership and other departments—with accuracy, speed, and a can-do attitude. What you’ll need: 6 or more years of experience in content, communications, or editorial roles (B2B or agency side preferred) A sharp eye for detail and a flexible writing style—professional but never boring Comfort juggling content across formats—long form, short form, social, scripts The ability to work across teams and manage multiple deadlines Bonus if you’re familiar with SEO writing and digital publishing workflows

Key Responsibilities Brand Communication Manage the creation of high-quality brochures, videos, presentations, and campaigns to reflect Horizon Industrial Parks’ brand ethos and values. Work closely with internal teams and agencies to ensure factual correctness, consistency in tone, messaging, and design. Park Communication Develop compelling park-specific brochures, presentations, and videos that effectively highlight the features and benefits of each park. Collaborate with the internal teams to tailor communication for prospective tenants and partners. Event Planning & Execution Plan and execute corporate events, including customer, partner events and park launch events, aligning them with the company’s strategic objectives. Drive tenant engagement initiatives at the parks, ensuring impactful experiences and collect on-spot feedback to drive continuous improvement. Industry Engagement Research and evaluate opportunities for participation in industry-leading events, exhibitions, and trade magazines to establish Horizon Industrial Parks as a thought leader in the sector. Ensure the company’s presence at these events effectively showcases its offerings and strengthens its market position. Park Branding Drive on-ground branding efforts across all parks to ensure a cohesive and professional brand image. Other Keep identifying & growing the vendor base to ensure smooth execution of various assignments. Maintain detailed reports for all events, trade engagements, and marketing activities to gather insights for continuous improvement. Key Qualifications Experience: 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in marketing with a proven track record of managing brand communications and events. Education: Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field . Skills: Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Canva would be an added advantage. Adept at coordinating with vendors, agencies, and cross-functional teams. Note: This role will require regular travel to project sites and industry events.
