Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations: Oversee daily hospital operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality assurance programs, conduct audits, and investigate incidents to improve patient care.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and guidelines.
• Resource Management: Manage hospital budgets, equipment, and staff effectively.
• Performance Improvement: Identify areas for improvement, develop and implement quality improvement plans, and track key performance indicators.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and stakeholders, including providing training on quality assurance processes.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to develop best practices and improve service delivery.

• Developing and implementing quality improvement projects: This may involve analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and developing action plans.
• Conducting regular audits and reviews of hospital procedures: This ensures compliance with standards and identifies potential issues.
