Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Sonipat for an E-commerce Specialist at Hoppa Sweden. The individual will manage daily e-commerce operations, monitor online sales platforms, and identify strategies for driving online sales growth. Responsibilities include engaging with customers to enhance the purchasing experience, providing excellent support, analyzing sales trends, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns. Additionally, the role involves maintaining accurate product listings and ensuring an engaging online shopping experience for customers. Qualifications Strong skills in E-Commerce and Sales to manage online platforms and develop strategies to boost online sales Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication to provide exceptional support and enhance customer satisfaction Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site setting and engage effectively with the team Prior experience in managing online retail operations or e-commerce platforms is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
