About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. AI Model Development & Integration: Design, implement, and optimize generative AI solutions using various LLMs and foundation models, making strategic decisions on model selection based on use case requirements 2. Advanced Prompt Engineering: Craft sophisticated system prompts and implement complex prompting techniques for optimal model performance across different domains and applications 3. Production AI Applications: Build scalable, production-ready AI applications using LangChain, LangGraph, and Mem0 frameworks with proper error handling and performance optimization 4. Complex Context Management: Develop and maintain advanced conversation flows with persistent context across multi-turn interactions, implementing memory systems and session management 5. About the job: We're looking for a creative product designer who excels at research, concept development, storytelling, and custom vector design- and who brings it all together directly inside Figma. This role goes far beyond basic UI or illustration work. You'll research product ideas, explore visual inspiration, write or collaborate on key content, and design high-fidelity visuals - from wireframes to original 2D/3D-style vector illustrations with properly structured groups and layers-all inside a clean, scalable Figma environment. You must love the craft of creating visual systems from scratch, turning abstract ideas into elegant interfaces and expressive assets with precision and narrative clarity. Key responsibilities: 1. Research and distill abstract or technical concepts (e.g., Web3, AI, capital flows) into visual strategies. 2. Create custom, original vector illustrations in Figma (both 2D and 3D-inspired). 3. Develop concept boards, storyboards, and mockups to guide visual direction. 4. Design complete pages and components that balance storytelling, UX, and visual clarity. 5. Own the creative pipeline from research -> Sketch -> wireframe -> final execution. 6. Collaborate with product, branding, and engineering teams across the design process.
