Core Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyze accurate financial statements (balance sheets, profit and loss statements). Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. Provide financial insights to management to support strategic decisions. Account Management: Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, including sub-ledgers and fixed asset schedules. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Compliance & Internal Controls: Ensure compliance with accounting principles (like GAAP/IFRS) and relevant tax regulations. Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and ensure statutory filings are timely. Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard assets and improve processes.
