You should have an MBA degree (Graduation will suffice) with 2-4 years of experience in sourcing Channel Partners for selling Real Estate projects in the Central Line (preferably in Chembur, Ghatkopar, Sion). It is preferable if you have a strong network of Channel Partners (brokers) operating in the mentioned locations who can drive client walk-ins, maintain MIS, provide full marketing support to Channel Partners, and follow-up on leads. Your responsibilities will include acquiring new CPs in the allotted market, servicing the existing CPs to maintain relationships, and driving client walk-ins.,
