Location: Ernakulam Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month Experience Required: Minimum 1 year (preferred) Key Responsibilities Site Supervision: Monitor day-to-day activities at the construction site. Ensure work progresses as per the schedule and meets quality standards. Coordination: Liaise with contractors, laborers, and other stakeholders. Coordinate with the project manager and design team to resolve any on-site issues. Material Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and usage of materials at the site. Ensure minimal wastage and maintain accurate records. Quality Control: Inspect work to ensure it adheres to approved drawings and specifications. Address and rectify defects or deviations promptly. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure workers adhere to them. Report any safety violations or accidents immediately. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain daily site logs, including work progress, manpower deployment, and materials used. Submit regular progress updates to the project manager. Problem-Solving: Address on-site challenges and ensure smooth project execution. Recommend solutions for unforeseen issues or delays. Qualifications and Skills Experience: Minimum 1 year in residential construction supervision (preferred). Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant field (preferred but not mandatory). Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of construction techniques and materials. Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Other Requirements: Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
