The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, identifying sales opportunities, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves preparing sales reports, coaching and motivating the sales team, and developing strategies to drive sales growth. The Sales Manager will collaborate with other departments to align sales goals with overall business objectives. Qualifications Proficient in Sales, Business Development, and Lead Management Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-building Skills Leadership and Team Management abilities Problem-solving and Strategic Thinking skills Experience with Market Analysis and Sales Reporting Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Prior experience in the education or tutoring industry is a plus Strong organizational and time management skills
