To excel in this role, you must have proven experience in installing and servicing home automation systems. Experience in audio visual, home theatre, and projectors will be beneficial. Knowledge of home automation technologies like KNX, Zigbee, Z-Wave, and Wi-Fi is essential. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, along with excellent customer service abilities, are also required. The position demands the ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Willingness to travel to client sites as needed is a must.
