Key Responsibilities: - Develop innovative designs for home textile products like Kitchen Linen Products, Table Linens Products, curtains, upholstery, rugs, and decorative accessories. - Create mood boards, sketches, and design prototypes based on current market trends and consumer preferences. - Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to ensure designs align with brand identity and target audience. - Research current trends in textiles, colors, and patterns to maintain fresh and competitive designs. - Work closely with the product development and marketing teams to meet buyer requirements. - Prepare detailed technical specifications, including fabric types, color codes, and production guidelines. - Manage multiple design projects from concept to final product, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
