About the Role

We are an early learning platform focused on enriching a child’s foundational years through screen-free, play-based activities.
We are now onboarding passionate educators for our home-based learning program, where trained teachers conduct personalized 1:1 sessions directly at the child’s home.

This is an opportunity to create meaningful impact in early childhood development while working flexible hours.

Role & Responsibilities

As a Home-Based Early Childhood Educator, you will:

• Conduct 30–45 minute personalized learning sessions at the child’s home
• Engage children (ages 0–6) in screen-free, activity-based learning
• Build a warm, trusting bond with young learners
• Share brief feedback with parents after each session
• Record attendance and session notes using a mobile app
• Maintain professionalism, care, and child-centered teaching values

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
