Job Description – Home Loan Sales (LAP Officer) Position: Sales Officer – Home Loan & LAP Job Type: Full-Time Department: Field Sales Location: Sarjapura, Bangalore Work Mode: Field Job (Day Shift) Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 + Incentives (Up to ₹10,000) Experience Required: 1 – 2 Years (Mandatory) Education: Graduate Language Required: Kannada (Must) Gender: Male & Female Age Limit: 18 – 35 Years Travel Requirement: Within 10 Km, Two-Wheeler Mandatory About the Role We are hiring for LAP (Loan Against Property) Officers – On-Roll Jobs in the Home Loan & LAP vertical. The candidate will be responsible for field sales, lead generation, and customer acquisition. Key Responsibilities Approach prospective customers in assigned areas. Promote and sell Home Loans (HL), Loan Against Property (LAP), and Mortgage Loans. Conduct field visits to understand customer requirements. Generate leads and close sales to meet monthly targets. Maintain follow-up and ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements Experience of 1–2 years in Home Loan / LAP / Mortgage sales. Good communication in Kannada and basic English. Graduate with field sales exposure. Candidate must possess a Two-wheeler for field operations.
