Job Description

As a Home Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the assigned premises. Your role will involve patrolling the area, monitoring activities, and responding to any security concerns that may arise. Key Responsibilities: - Patrolling the premises to deter and detect unauthorized individuals or activities - Monitoring CCTV cameras and alarm systems for any suspicious behavior - Responding promptly to emergencies and alarms to ensure the safety of the premises - Reporting any security incidents or breaches to the appropriate authorities Qualifications Required: - Must be physically fit and able to stand or walk for long periods - Good communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and the public - Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations - Previous experience in security or law enforcement is a plus Please note that this position is full-time, with a salary of 11000 plus PF and ESI benefits. The working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and the job location is on-site.,
