Home Care Nurse(ANM,GNM)

• Knowledge of medical terminology: Knowledge of medical terminology includes a clear understanding of processes, conditions and treatments. This helps you understand medical reports, prepare documentation and communicate effectively with other healthcare staff.
• Patient care: Patient care comprises active listening, communication, empathy, compassion and patience to assist you in understanding patients' concerns better and providing care within the scope of your position, including physical and emotional support.
• Communication and collaboration: Having strong communication and collaboration skills can help you interact effectively with healthcare staff and other personnel to provide quality patient care and improve patient outcomes.
• Attention to detail: Being detail-oriented is important when monitoring vital signs and identifying discrepancies, facilitating timely interventions and maintaining patient records accurately.
• Empathy: Being empathic helps create a space that encourages patients to share their concerns. It also helps you provide personalised patient care, understand non-verbal cues and advocate for patients.
