Description

• City Home Care is hiring qualified, dedicated home nurses to provide personalized care to patients in their homes. 
• Nurses will handle elderly care, ICU patients, dementia, post-surgical recovery, baby care, and palliative support based on the client’s needs.
• Provide nursing care to patients in their homes as per the prescribed care plan.
• Administer medications, wound care, injections, and monitor vital signs.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and mobility.
• Coordinate with physicians and update them on patient progress.
• Educate patients and families on home care procedures and health management.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing care and observations.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes promptly.
