Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care services to patients in their homes, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being. Conduct routine check-ups, monitor vital signs, and administer medications as prescribed by physicians. Assist with personal hygiene activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and using the toilet. Perform various medical procedures including cannulation (IV insertion), catheterization, nebulization, suppository insertion, enema administration. Maintain accurate records of patient's condition progress notes.
