Provide patient care at home as per doctors instructions.
Monitor vital signs and report any changes in condition.
Administer medications, IV infusions, and injections as prescribed.
Perform wound dressing, catheter care, tracheostomy care, and other nursing procedures.
Assist patients with daily activities such as feeding, bathing, and mobility.
Maintain accurate nursing notes and daily progress reports.
Ensure infection control and safety standards are followed.
Handle and maintain medical equipment (oxygen concentrator, suction machine, etc.).
