We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – North India to drive Home Bud’s growth in one of our most crucial markets. This role is pivotal in ensuring our products are visible, available, and reaching households across northern cities. The RSM will be responsible for leading distribution, managing trade channels, and executing strategies that strengthen Home Bud’s market presence. Key Responsibilities- Build, manage, and grow relationships with distributors, stockists, and trade partners across North India. Ensure product availability, visibility, and timely supply across general trade, modern trade, and wholesale channels. Design and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and market share targets. Drive trade promotions, market activations, and execution of push strategies. Monitor competitor activity and identify new market opportunities. Lead and mentor a team of area sales managers / sales executives to deliver high performance. Regularly track sales KPIs, demand fulfilment, and channel efficiency. Requirements- 12–15 years of proven experience in sales and distribution, preferably in the FMCG or household products sector. Strong expertise in managing distributors and trade channels across large regions. Track record of delivering sales growth and executing push strategies in competitive markets. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Strong market knowledge of North India with experience handling multiple states/cities.
