Key Responsibilities: Client Consultation: Meet with homeowners, architects, interior designers, and builders to demonstrate smart home solutions and to understand their requirements. Conduct site visits and assessments for feasibility and customization. Solution Design & Demonstration: Recommend and design smart home solutions (entrance automation, lighting automation, home controls, security systems, home cinema, etc.). Provide technical product demonstrations and presentations. Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities. Generate leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Negotiate pricing and close deals. Project Coordination: Coordinate with technical teams for system integration, installation, and commissioning. Ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations. Market Research & Reporting: Monitor market trends and competitor offerings. Prepare regular sales and activity reports.
