Job Summary: As a Field Sales Executive at Home Art , you will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining relationships with distributors, retailers, and interior designers, and promoting our imported home décor products—especially wallpapers, LVT Floorings ,wall panels and decorative accessories. You will be the face of the company on the ground, ensuring brand visibility and driving revenue through consistent field visits and follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular visits to interior designers, retailers, and architects to promote and sell home décor products. Onboard new retailers and distributors across assigned territories. Demonstrate product features and present design catalogs to potential buyers. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the Sales Manager. Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to provide actionable feedback to the marketing and procurement teams. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and installation of products. Collect customer feedback and provide post-sale support to enhance customer satisfaction. Prepare daily visit reports and maintain CRM or reporting formats as required. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and product launch events representing Home Art. Required Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 1–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in home décor, furniture, interior design, or FMCG. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Comfortable with travel across assigned territory (2–3 cities/regions weekly). Own two-wheeler (preferred for on-ground mobility). Proficient in MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and basic CRM tools.
