Company: Holzbox Modular Furnitures Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad Position Type: Full-time Experience Required: 2–3 years in modular furniture / interior design Role Overview Holzbox Modular Furnitures is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer to develop premium modular wardrobes, kitchens, and storage solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical design capabilities, a deep understanding of modular systems, and the ability to translate client requirements into factory-ready outputs. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Concept Development Develop design concepts and space layouts based on client briefs and site measurements. Create detailed 2D drawings, 3D models, elevations, and renderings. Ensure designs are visually appealing, functional, and optimized for luxury residential interiors. Technical Drawings & Production Support Prepare accurate production drawings, cutting lists, and detailed assembly diagrams. Ensure all designs align with factory processes, CNC compatibility, and modular construction standards. Recommend suitable materials, finishes, and hardware systems as per project requirements. Coordination & Communication Attend client meetings and present design proposals confidently. Coordinate with factory teams, site supervisors, and project managers for seamless production and installation. Incorporate feedback swiftly while maintaining design feasibility and brand consistency. Quality & Brand Compliance Ensure design outputs meet ergonomic standards, spatial logic, and premium quality benchmarks. Maintain adherence to Holzbox’s brand aesthetic, material palette, and modular principles. Required Skills & Competencies Software Proficiency — Must Have AutoCAD SketchUp / Equivalent 3D design software Spazio / Spazio 3D or equivalent modular industry-standard software (mandatory for kitchen and wardrobe detailing) Preferred Tools V-Ray / Lumion / Photoshop Domain Knowledge Modular furniture construction techniques Materials: MDF, Plywood, Laminates, Acrylic, PU, edge bands, premium finishes Hardware systems: Blum / Hettich / Hafele / Godrej or equivalent Understanding of CNC-based production workflows Understanding of the standards, modules, and ergonomics of kitchens and wardrobes suitable for Indian homes Soft Skills Strong design detailing and visualization ability Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Qualifications Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or Product Design Portfolio demonstrating experience in modular kitchens and wardrobes Prior experience in a modular furniture brand / design-build firm preferred What We Offer Competitive salary and structured growth opportunities Exposure to premium residential projects and clientele Hands-on experience with modular manufacturing systems and premium hardware Defined career path to Senior Designer / Design Lead roles Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
