We're looking to expand our creative strategy team with someone who’s done more than just post content—they’ve helped build brands. This role is ideal for folks with 3–5 years of experience who’ve handled the entire creative mandate for brands , especially in the F&B. hospitality o r lifestyle space. You should be as comfortable crafting a brand voice as you are plotting a killer content calendar, and just as excited about big picture strategy as you are about small (but mighty) caption copy. 🧠 The Must-Haves 3–5 years of experience in creative strategy and brand communication Hands-on experience building or scaling consumer-facing brands, preferably in F&B/hospitality A strong understanding of digital platforms and how to position brands creatively across them A sharp eye for visual design and deep love for copy that doesn't sound like everybody else Experience collaborating with designers, writers, and marketing teams to build coherent brand stories 💼 What You'll Actually Be Doing (Besides Duck-ing Around) Leading and managing the creative direction for multiple brands—beyond just social Owning the brand building process : from positioning and identity to storytelling and rollout Working closely with our design and content teams to bring creative campaigns to life across online and o ff line channels Researching trends, cultural moments, and market insights to feed into campaigns that matter Strategising content calendars, campaign flows, and experience touch-points Using analytics tools to evaluate performance and re-strategise where needed Getting your hands dirty—whether it’s a reel, a shoot, a brainstorm, or a deck for a new pitch ✨ Bonus Points If: You're a foodie, a beverage nerd (alcoholic or caffeinated), or have worked with brands in this space You can think in memes but pitch like a strategist You know what makes a good brand tick—and even better, stick 📍 Location: Mumbai (We’re office-first, coffee/beer always, and vibe-specific.)
