Support the medical officer in health surveillance, medical examinations, and documentation. Ensure OHC cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control measures. Support in maintaining statutory compliance related to occupational health (e.g., Factory Act requirements). Coordinate with emergency services, hospitals, and HR in case of serious incidents. Prepare and maintain employee health records and prepare reports as required.
