The Nursing Superintendent is responsible for supervising and coordinating all nursing activities across departments to ensure the highest standard of patient care. *Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid Nursing Council Registration* Minimum 10 years of experience in nursing, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory role. Knowledge of NABH / JCI standards (preferred). Ensure implementation of nursing policies, procedures, and standards. Lead, mentor, and manage the nursing team including ward in-charges and staff nurses. Ensure proper nurse-patient ratio and efficient duty rosters. Monitor performance and conduct regular training to upgrade nursing skills. Maintain discipline, professional ethics, and grooming standards within the nursing department. Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to clinical and operational protocols. Handle grievances and conflict resolution among nursing staff. Ensure effective coordination with doctors, allied health professionals, and administrative staff. Prepare reports and maintain nursing records as per regulatory requirements. Support infection control practices and patient safety programs.
MBBS degree from a recognized university Must be registered with the Medical Council At Least (one year experience ) in hospital is preferred (Pay: ₹300 per hour (Hourly Basis) We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Duty Medical Officer (DMO) to provide continuous medical care and emergency support to patients during their assigned duty hours. The DMO will be responsible for monitoring patient conditions, coordinating with nursing staff, and ensuring timely clinical decision. Attend to all emergency and routine cases during duty. Perform initial assessment, examination, and stabilization of patients. Monitor patient condition and progress; document findings accurately. Coordinate with consultants and senior doctors. Respond promptly to code blue and other medical emergencies Ensure timely and appropriate medical intervention Ensure infection control and patient safety protocols are followed Provide compassionate care and clear communication to patients .
Required Qualifications & Skills: B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution. Registered with the State Nursing Council. Minimum 1 year of clinical or industrial nursing experience preferred. Basic knowledge of occupational health standards is an advantage. Good communication and record-keeping skills. Ability to respond calmly in emergencies. To provide immediate medical care to employees at the workplace, support preventive health programs, and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Provide first aid and emergency care to employees in case of accidents, injuries, or illness. Maintain accurate records of all OHC visits, treatment provided, and referrals made. Support the medical officer in health surveillance, medical examinations, and documentation. Assist in the management of occupational health programs like: Periodic health check-ups Vaccination drives Health awareness programs Monitor and maintain stock of medicines and first aid supplies in the OHC. Ensure OHC cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control measures. Support in maintaining statutory compliance related to occupational health (e.g., Factory Act requirements). Coordinate with emergency services, hospitals, and HR in case of serious incidents. Prepare and maintain employee health records and prepare reports as required.
