Role Description – Interior Designer We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team in Bengaluru . This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a key part in shaping innovative design concepts and delivering high-quality interior solutions. As an Interior Designer at Holford International, you will be responsible for space planning, developing architectural and construction drawings, and creating inspiring interior designs that align with client needs and project goals. The role requires close collaboration with clients, consultants, vendors, and project teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Developing concept designs, detailed drawings, and mood boards . Conducting space planning and layout development based on client requirements. Preparing and reviewing architecture and construction drawings to ensure design accuracy. Selecting and sourcing FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) that align with project aesthetics and budget. Coordinating with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for material and design execution. Presenting design concepts and proposals to clients with clarity and confidence. Collaborating with project managers and engineers to track timelines, budgets, and deliverables . Ensuring all design solutions comply with safety, functionality, and quality standards . Qualifications & Skills Proven expertise in Interior Design and Space Planning . Strong experience in Architecture and Construction Drawings . Knowledge of FF&E selection, sourcing, and material specifications . Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar tools . Excellent visualization, communication, and presentation skills . Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail with a creative and problem-solving mindset. Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field .
