Role Description We are looking for a passionate Student Outreach Associate to join our team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for: Conducting outreach activities with students and institutions Organizing and supporting events/workshops Managing communication with students and partners Maintaining outreach records and reports This is an on-site role requiring active coordination with educational institutions, students, and local communities. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in organizing events and managing communications Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Interest in education, counseling, or student engagement is a plus Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any relevant field Stipend & Duration Stipend: ₹3,000 per month + performance-based incentives Duration: 3 months (with scope to extend or move into a larger role) Perks: Internship certificate, Letter of Recommendation, and potential full-time opportunities with Hodos
