Requirements:

• Postgraduate in English (MA)
• B.Ed. is mandatory
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in schools
• Prior experience in handling academic responsibilities is preferred
• Good communication and team management skills

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the English department
• Plan and review curriculum as per CBSE norms
• Mentor English teachers and support their growth
• Monitor student performance and suggest improvements
