Role Description We’re looking for a smart, energetic, people-first operator who can run the day-to-day operations of Hobby Tribe with ownership and speed. This role is the backbone of our execution managing interactions with HR teams, tutors, talent, and partners. You’ll ensure smooth operations, fast onboarding, and world-class experience for everyone who works with us. It is a Mumbai based oppertunity Qualifications Analytical Skills and Project Management Communication Skills Sales and Operations Management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Experience in a similar role or industry is a plus Strong organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field Responsibilities Coordinate with HR teams of partner companies Manage tutors, schedules & workshops Oversee onboarding of new talent Ensure smooth day-to-day operations Manage timelines and communication across teams Who You Are Excellent Hindi & English communication People-person with strong relationship skills Go-getter who loves building from scratch Highly organised & reliable with timelines Passionate about growth, community & hobbies Salary: Based on experience
