HN Hospitality is building a tech-first hospitality group (restaurants, cafs & hotels) where decisions are driven by data, systems and AInot gut feel. The founder spends 80% of his time in strategy and is now looking for a sharp execution partner who can turn those strategies into fast, disciplined action across the group. If youve excelled academically, are comfortable with numbers, love structure, and enjoy taking full ownership of getting things done, this role is designed for you. Building and maintaining trackers & dashboards in Google Sheets (hiring funnels, vendor lists, project trackers, outlet performance, follow-up logs). Operational follow-through Drive calls/WhatsApp/email follow-ups with candidates, vendors and partners. Close loops on documents, quotes, meetings, deadlines. Process & SOP documentation Convert the Founder’s ideas and voice notes into clear checklists, SOPs and workflows that outlets and teams can plug into. Prioritisation & calendar discipline Maintain a clear view of “what truly matters this week” and hold the Founder and projects accountable to timelines. This is not a bookkeeping or pure back-office role. This is a high-ownership execution role sitting at the intersection of operations, analytics and founder support . Preferred Candidate Profile We are intentionally specific so the right people recognise themselves: Experience: 1–3 years in any of the following: Big 4 / CA or consulting firms / analytics / MIS / operations roles, or Structured roles in hospitality, FMCG, retail or similar process-driven environments. Comfortable working with Google Workspace, Trello, Miro and AI tools to speed up work. Strong written & verbal communication; confident on calls with candidates, vendors and stakeholders. High attention to detail, process-oriented, enjoys checklists and systematic follow-ups. Mindset: You like being the execution engine behind a founder. You take ownership, don’t need hand-holding, and get satisfaction from closing tasks with precision. Comfortable working in a fast-moving, unstructured-to-structured environment in a growing hospitality group. What We Offer Opportunity to work directly with the Founder on high-leverage projects. Exposure across restaurants, cafs and hotels while building a modern, AI-led operating system for traditional businesses.
